Heating feature:

Adjustable from 30-70 Celcius (86 F to 158 F). When crystals are heated at the right temperature, they release diffuse far-infrared heat and abundant negative ions, providing deeply soothing therapeutic experiences. 

How to use:

The heating pad is detachable from the belt. Each feature operates independently or in combination depending on personal preference. Turn on the controller and select the desired features. It can then be wrapped around the body, the leg or arm. Otherwise, directly apply the heating pad itself to the affected area. 

It’s suggested to start at low setting then gradually increase the temperature and time. PEMF feature is suggested for 15 minutes per session, 1 to 2 times per day or tailored to individual’s personal needs. It is very important to drink at least 8-10 oz of pure/mineral water before and after the session.
