  • How it works:

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy, also known as low field magnetic stimulation, works by sending pulsed electromagnetic fields through low charged cells in the body. All cells in the body have an electromagnetic charge which should fall into the voltage range of -20 to -25 millivolts. Like a battery, a cell with low voltage lacks energy to function optimally. Low functioning leads to total body illness, inflammation, and substandard wellness. These damaged cells are the result of poor diet, injury, and aging. Cells can also be in a low energy state by the end of the day when feeling tired or depleted. Introducing a mild intensity magnetic current to the damaged cells helps repair and return them to their optimal voltage range. Doing so reduces pain mediators, improves cell interaction and the exchange of energy. Cell optimization results in tissue, organ, and total body wellness.

  • Who can benefit:

Since PEMF therapy targets damaged or low energy cells throughout the entire body, it is not condition specific. This means anyone can benefit from PEMF. However, the following people may experience the greatest improvement from PEMF:

    • Elderly individuals
    • Athletes
    • Those with chronic pain
    • Those with chronic inflammation
    • Those with mental health issues
    • Those with an illness, disease or disorder including osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, arthritis, lyme disease, cancer, alzheimer's disease, chronic migraines, sleep disorders, eye disorders, hearing disorders, musculoskeletal disorders, and chrohn's disease
  • What are the benefits:

Since PEMF therapy restores cell function, which returns the body to optimal wellness, there are numerous benefits. Some of the following include:

    • Chronic pain relief
    • Decreased inflammation
    • Accelerated bone healing
    • Stress reduction and side effects
    • Improved muscle function
    • Increased circulation
    • Improved blood oxygenation
    • Enhanced athletic performance
    • Depression and anxiety relief
  • How it works:

Far Infrared Radiation (FIR) therapy works when energy (far infrared light) is transferred into the body and felt in the form of heat. FIR penetrates at a depth of 2 to 7 cm which reaches the skin, subcutaneous tissue, tendons, ligaments and even bone. Infrared light is an invisible wavelength of light with a frequency of 700 to 1,000 nanometers. It is the same light felt from the sun, but without the damaging ultraviolet (UV) rays. This means that the healing energy of the sun can be utilized without the adverse effects. When infrared light is absorbed, metabolic reactions take place and trigger cell regeneration and repair. This results in a variety of health benefits and total body wellness.

  • Who can benefit:

Far Infrared Radiation (FIR) can benefit a many individuals due to its ability to restore wellness with a non-invasive, simplistic approach. However, the following people may experience the greatest improvement from FIR:

    • Those with acute or severe injuries
    • Chronic cardiac/heart issues
    • Overweight individuals
    • Heavy drinkers
    • Diabetic individuals
    • Those with poor circulation
  • What are the benefits:

FIR therapy penetrates many tissues and organs within the body resulting in a variety of benefits. Some benefits of far infrared therapy include:

    • Pain relief
    • Detoxification
    • Weight loss
    • Reduced inflammation
    • Improved circulation
    • Muscle tension relief
    • Boosted immune system
    • Lowered blood pressure
    • Relaxation
