  • Is infrared therapy the same as red light therapy?

    No. While infrared therapy produces many of the great benefits that red light therapy does, they are not the same. Far infrared radiation (FIR) therapy penetrates deep in the surface of the skin, has a longer wavelength, and is not on the visible light spectrum. As a result, infrared therapy may provide greater health benefits than red light therapy.

  • How long should I use my PEMF or FIR mat?

    It is recommended to start light therapy sessions at 15 minute intervals, once or twice daily. Once adjusted, gradually increase in session time is permitted. Light therapy can eventually be utilized up to 8 hours daily. Read more on suggested use under "support -> safety & suggested use".

  • Are there any side effects/adverse reactions to PEMF or FIR therapy?

    There are no known or reported side effects caused by PEMF therapy or infrared light therapy when products are used properly. This means that RenWell light therapy mats are generally safe to use. In fact, most people report therapeutic effects and benefits from implementing PEMF therapy and FIR therapy. All individuals should still consult the proper qualified healthcare professional before using. Certain individuals should be particularly cautious with PEMF and FIR including but not limited to pregnant women, pacemaker wearers, those with tuberculosis, epilepsy and more.   • When will my order arrive?

    Processing time is 1-2 business days, followed by shipping time of 4-7 business days. After placing an order, item(s) will be delivered between 5-8 business days.

  • What is the return policy?

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. However, items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

  • Where does RenWell ship from and where does it ship to?

    RenWell products are shipped from the United States to other United States addresses. As demand increases, RenWell may expand to ship internationally. For now, we are a small business operating to and from states.
